Wake N Shake is long, slow roasted to full city to reduce harshness and preserve the inherent sweetness & taste qualities of each coffee in the blend.
The result: You can taste the flavor characteristics of each growing region and the how processing methods they use affect the cup profile. Sure this takes a bit longer since it is a longer roast profile than most, but it’s worth it. It smooth’s the flavor but leaves a lighter roast and more caffeine in the bean.
This is a blend of Organic & Fair Trade Indonesian, South & Central American coffees. It was created to combine the sweet, clean earthy body of Papua New Guinea Purosa, the nutty, chocolate and vanilla qualities of Natural Brazilian, and the vibrant flowery citrus and bright acidity snap of a great Costa Rican Tarrazu, resulting in a balanced, bold taste that lingers on the palate and finishes with a clean snap.
